When you ask for a quote we collect the photos you send, your ZIP code, name, email, mobile number if you give it, and any notes. When you book we also collect your address and pickup window. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
To measure your load and give you a firm price, to schedule and complete your pickup, to send you messages about your quote and booking, and to improve how accurately we price from photos. The hauling crew that takes your job sees your address and notes only after they accept it, and talks to you through our number, not theirs.
If you tick the text box, we text you your quote and booking updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text opt-in with anyone for their marketing. Mobile information is shared only with the providers that deliver our messages.
We use a small number of service providers to run Dino Haul: Anthropic (photo measurement), Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts and calls) and our hosting provider. They process your information only to provide their service to us.
Quote photos and job records are kept for up to 3 years for pricing accuracy, insurance and tax records, then deleted. Ask us any time to see or delete your information.
